I'm sorry I've never seen the show - is it a sitcom, does it have a laugh track? Somebody suggested I add it to the directory. I think it's a half hour program.

well, it is a half hour show.. but it is not a sitcom by any stretch of the imagination.. it is a half hour show about the behind the scenes antics of a teen soap opera ( much like 90210, for which it is very apperantly based upon) it is even created by darren star, whom helped create 90210.. although their is some humor it is more of a dramady than a sitcom.

There is(was, I'm not sure if it was cancelled. I hope not. I thought it was a good show.) definitely lines in the show that are meant to be funny. But I think it is supposed to be more drama. I think the writers on that show consider it to be a drama.

I think Grosse Pointe was an WB drama. I never watched it but have heard of it.

I think Grosse Pointe is a comedy. It's a satire about the making of a teen drama, so it can go into drama. But mostly it's a comedy. Right now, Grosse Pointe is one of the "On The Bubble" shows, which means it hasn't officially been renewed or cancelled yet. From what I've read, the show has a lot of fans at the WB. Maybe that'll help the show get a second chance to find an audience.
