If someone gave you $100.00 for McDonald's food, and said that this would be for your Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert for 7 days, would this be enough money to buy you four meals for 7 days?::confused:

I think it would be enough to buy maybe 3 meals a day for seven days. At McDonald's they have the two cheeseburger meal so you could maybe eat one cheeseburger for lunch and the other one for dinner.

Yuck! Can we use the money elsewehere besides MickeyD's? I mean once in a while is ok but every meal for 7 days that just makes me feel sick just thinking about it.

What about for a month like Morgan Spurlock (Super-Size Me) did? :barf:

That was disgusting. The movie didn't teach me anything about fast food-just reminded me not to eat McDonalds for three meals a day for a whole month (not that I didn't know that to begin with ;) ).

I think $100 is plenty for a week, but I would NEVER eat a whole week's worth of food from McDonald's. The most I'd eat is once a week, and then maybe an ice cream or something.

of course it would, because i wouldn't be spending much of it.

For the hell of it I decided to do the math and figure it out. Note that this is strictly based on what I order:

I never had McDonald's breakfast so I would have to pick what I guess I would like:

Breakfast:
Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddle - $2.20
Hash Browns - $.80
Small Coffee - $.80

Lunch:
Filet O-Fish - $1.85
Large Fries - $1.60
Large Coke - $1.30

Dinner:
2 Cheeseburgers - $.90 2x
Large Fries - $1.60
Large Coke - $1.30

The total comes to $92.75 not including tax.

I agree with others I wouldn't McDonalds food seven days straight. I only go there maybe every couple of months.

Would I take 100 bucks to spend for 7 days on fast food: Yes

Would I choose McDonalds: probably only one day. There is only so much of that I can digest.

If this thread were about Wendy's or Arby's then I would reconsider, but no way would I eat McDonald's even once a week. Haven't done that in years.

if i had $100.00 and i were to spend it on food, i wouldn't even contemplate visiting Mcd's in the slightest. eating their food for a week, and nothing but just that would make me feel queasy, nautious and want to throw up afterwards. btw, i haven't eaten in mcdonalds for ages, and i still wouldn't want to.

You could buy close to a month's worth of groceries for $100, heck I don't even spend that much a month in groceries as it is

Where the heck do you live? McDonald's around here isn't remotely that cheap. Hashbrown's & small coffee are $1 and Filet of Fish is $2.80 and Large Fries are $1.70, but our McDonald's in town is having special for the summer, all soft drinks are $1 for all sizes

I practically live on fast food - at least for breakfast and lunch and, every once in a while, dinner. The hours and nature of my job practically demand it.

Would I spend it all at McDonald's? No - I'd be bored with the food after just one day.

I dont care for McDonalds but the new Angus Burger (mushroom and swiss) is pretty good

OH Nuts!

Actually McDonald's has a lot of healthy stuff on their menus now (salads, yougurt parfaits, chicken that is broiled not fried - but the problem is these items tend to be costly makimg $14.27 a day (incl. tax) a challenge.

At Wendy's it might be more doable with $1.29 baked potatoes and other stuff fromt their rather extensive "$1" menu. Also it depends where you live. In NYC $14+ a day goes a lot less further than other cities & towns.

But, I wouldn't want to eat at McDonald's every day like some others have said.

I didn't clarify ANYTHING in this situation.......... YOU are supposed to be a bum, begging people for food on the streets, and someone takes pity on you and gives you $100.00 for Mcdonald's for a week. You wouldbe able to eat there for a week, right?
