Why the heck is TV Land repeating the same Andy Griffith episodes tonight as they aired last night? They're almost at the exact same times! They've done this on the Leave it to Beaver marathons too. They even encored the TAGS episodes last week that aired from 3-5:30PM again from 5:30PM-8PM, I believe.

Once again, Roseanne gets the royal treatment....they barely repeat the episodes, and when they do, it's at times that aren't really obvious. No other show gets that treatment! It's not fair  Andy Griffith, Beaver, M*A*S*H, etc all have repeats during marathons usually, but very few for Roseanne.

They do air a lot of Roseanne repeats, of course since it airs late at night it's less obvious. During the launch marathon in June they would air the episodes from 8-1 and then repeat them from 1-6. During the MWC marathons they also would repeat the episodes.

That's a pretty good point. However, I think it's pretty dumb to air the same episodes at the same time the night after. Seems to me they could at least re-arrange the times they air.

Andy Griffith must be having some sort of airplay issue because they jumped around with them for ages now each time there's a marathon, they skip some episodes but air them in order at other times. I guess they want to save the plays, but still, it's a joke to repeat the episodes like this.

Well I do agree that the whole idea is dumb. TV Land in general is dumb. They are all over the place with the Roseanne repeats, sometimes it reairs just a few hours later, and a few times it has aired like an hour earlier the next night, and some of the episodes don't reair at all while some have already aired 5-6 times.

I don't watch TV LAND at all any more; I'm not even sure what number it is on our TV.

And when did they start showing "MWC"?

It was only temporarily borrowed from sister network Spike. It started as a special one-time marathon in April and then came back every Thursday starting in Mid-May. It briefly was on every weeknight in early June but mostly aired in marathons(including two huge weekend marathons, and a couple in primetime during the week). It's no longer airing though I expect it to show up again at some point. It seems to have done well because they kept adding more marathons until the end of June(it came back to Spike last week).

 They are going to run everybody off. The Andy Griffith episodes from Saturday repeated, but the schedule page was wrong. They were the same episodes, just not at the times the website said they would be at... My OSG was wrong also, but that's a given, lol. Their website is usually up-to-date, but it was totally off.
