Veteran actor Morgan Freeman, 72, is planning to marry his step-granddaughter. The magazine has discovered that sources close to The Bucket List actor claim that he has carried on a nearly decade-long affair with his 27-year-old step-granddaughter, E'Dena Hines.

She is the granddaughter of Morgan's first wife - whom he and his estranged second wife Myrna raised since she was a young child. The long-secret relationship led to the breakup of Morgan's marriage, say sources.

Now, NE has learned that Morgan and E'Dena are planning to wed after Morgan's contentious divorce battle is over!

"Morgan has led her to believe that he wants to marry her," says a family insider.

"Becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been E'Dena's goal," revealed another source.

The article also divulges that Morgan carried on an affair with former schoolteacher Mary Joyce Hays at the same time he was romancing E'Dena.

Furthermore, years later, when Myrna realized they were still intimate, she became so enraged that she threatened to sue E'Dena as "correspondent, as an adulterer, in my marriage".

That sounds kind of tabloid-ish to me. I'll believe it when I see it.

looking at that picture she could be mistaken for one of his daughters, but still
isn't this viewed as 'incest'? this is just too weird.

If this is true, Morgan is a weirdo hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Plus he can't stay faithful to a woman since he's had several affairs while he was married. What makes his new woman believe that he's gonna be faithful to her? She's not even cute LOL. Morgan ought to be ashamed of himself. I've lost respect for him.

I saw this on another site. If it is true Morgan is the black Woody Allen.

If it wasn't true, Morgan Freeman would be issuing a press release stating so. This is absolutely disgusting. Although not blood related, Freeman raised this girl. I'm not saying that Woody Allen is a saint. Far from it, but his story is miles away from this one. First, Woody never lived with Mia. He's said that he had no interest in her kids. Well, he eventually developed an interest in one, lol. Mia was adopting kids left and right as a single mother, and not having Woody named as their father. They were not the Brad and Angelina of their time. They had one biological child together. What he did with her daughter, Soon-Yi was wrong. Soon-Yi's father is Andre Previn, who was married to Mia. They had six kids together.

My point is that Morgan Freeman raised this girl. I truly hope that this story is all wrong. I like Freeman so much, and he's a fantastic actor, but if it's true, I'll never respect or admire him again.

If as stated above becoming Mrs. Morgan Freeman has been E'Dena's goal than her behaviour is just as disgusting as Morgan's. I have one word to sum up this whole situation: ick!!!

organ Freeman not to marry step-granddaughter, says publicist

Washington, July 11 : American film star Morgan Freeman is not going to marry his step-granddaughter, his publicist has said.

The denial from the actor's publicist comes as a reaction to reports suggesting that the Shawshank Redemption star, 72, is romancing 27-year-old E'Dena Hines.

A report published by U.S. tabloid the National Enquirer recently suggested that the two of them were planning to wed, after the finalisation the actor's divorce from his second wife Myrna Colley-Lee.

However, according to Contactmusic, Freeman's spokesman Dave Falkenstein has now said that there was no truth in that story, and branded it 'complete garbage'

Guess he's too cheap to buy a gym membership so he could find juveniles there! ;) I know a skank up here who'd probably be willing to take him on, but she might be too old for him being in her early thirties and all.

I knew this had to be a tabloid thing.
