i generally don't mind appreciation threads, but with the recent spate of them it became a little daunting because it makes me scared that i'd appreciate in some of them and then i'll miss one of them and offend somebody or some such thing or other.

That's my concern too. Some posters I don't know that well but I APPRECIATE EVERYONE who is nicely mannered - AND - each of us has a gift to bring to the table.

I feel the same way, Andrea! I really just want everyone to know how much I appreciate them. I think Janice said it earlier, anyone who is respectful and kind and abides by the rules deserves to be appreciated and respected by all. ;)
