Actress Lori Petty, 45, was arrested Saturday night on felony drunk driving charges after hitting a 14-year-old skateboarder in Venice, Calif.

Police and paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident at 9:30 p.m. The skateboarder was treated for his injuries and released.

Petty, who starred in Point Break, Tank Girl and A League of Their Own, was booked into the Van Nuys jail and eventually released on $100,000 bail.

That makes 1,450,879 celebrities arrested for drunk driving. (and counting) Like Joe said I hope she gets help.

I really like Lori. I think she is an underrated actress who never made it extremely huge. I hope she gets help.

She was in A League of Their Own. She played Kitt Keller, Gena Davis' sister. Gena played Dottie Hensen. I love that movie! Lori was also in the original Free Willy movie. She played the biologist at the aquarium who trains Willy.

Seems to me that she's really gone downhill since those days. Very sad and how awful that she chose to drink and drive. That poor kid could have been killed. People who drink and drive are such idiots!:mad: I don't care if they are celebrities or not!!
