Nickelodeon's hit series "iCarly" hit another ratings high with the hour-long "iDate a Bad Boy" special Saturday, which drew 6.5 million viewers, the show's largest audience ever.
It also ranked as the most watched basic cable program of the week, beating TNT's NBA playoffs coverage, including the Wednesday Rockets/LA Lakers game, and USA's "WWE Raw."
Additionally, iCarly's "iDate a Bad Boy" handily bested direct time-period competition with all kids, tweens and total viewer demos.
