I thought that reader Marisa O’Neil of Tustin Ranch was making it up when she posted a message on Twitter saying that Monday is Happy Star Wars Day. But it’s true. Or so says Wikipedia.org:
“May 4 is called ‘Star Wars Day because of a pun or play on words based on the similarity between “May the 4th be with you” and “May the force be with you”, a phrase often spoken in the Star Wars movies.”
Sounds like a joke they’d say on CBS’ wonderful comedy, “The Big Bang Theory.” The next episode, as it happens, is Monday. (”Penny makes a surprising revelation about Leonard while on her date with Stuart.”
