How Many Times Do You Wear Something Before Washing It?

How many times do you wear something before you wash it? For example, pants, shirt, etc? Some people wear clothes once and wear them. Some people wear them twice then wash them.

Well, I used to wear them once then wash it but with what is going on in California, I've been trying to wear something three times then wash it.

Once. My mom's boyfriend is a smoker, and so if I wore my clothes more than once, I'd smell like a pub.

My PJs get two wears. Clothes that have to be dry cleaned get worn about three times. Washable clothes, once or twice, depending on how long I wore them and where.

It depends on what I do during the day. If I have a full day at school I will wash after 1 wear... But if I am home all day... clothes will get 2 wears.:D

Shirts get only one wear, jeans I will wear longer before washing.

Jeans: three or four days.
Shirts: once.
Socks: same as jeans.
Lounge pants (what I wear to bed): four or five.

I read in one of those mens magazine that a woman wears a bra five times before washing. Those magazines are usually wrong about women and I hope this is one of those times.

Pants and tops a couple of times unless I spilled something on them. :)

I only wear a bra once before washing it. But then I have probably 20, so I can do that and still not have to wash them every other day.

Everything but what I wear to bed is wear once, wash. Bed is 4 or 5 times unless it stinks or something.

I wear my shirts 3 or 4 times depending on how neat I keep them. New shirts I try to keep nice to wear 4 times, once you wash something new it doesn't have that new look anymore. Pants usually 5 times. Socks I change everyday.

I have to admit that when I was a child I wasn't too big on personal hygiene. It wasn't until I got into my teens that I started paying more attention to how I look.

I usually don't wear a shirt for more than three days before washing it. I wear jeans for three or four days in a row.

Once, except for my bra. I have this thing about my clothes smelling clean, I can't stand to wear stinky clothes, even though they may smell perfectly fine to most people, :lol: but I only have one bra that actually fits right now, so it gets washed once a week.

Anyone else have the cigarrette problem? Someone in your house who smokes, and stinks up all your clothes? I have to keep all my clothes in a tub, just to keep them smoke free, but once I walk upstairs, the smoke gets all over me, and I smell like a human ashtray.

Pnties, bras, socks, and workout wear-once

pajamas- 3 or 4 times

pants and tops- Depends. If they're still clean after one wearing, I won't bother washing them.
