No new shows for Rita Rocks, why ?

Does anyone know if the season is over already ?

I believe so, someone on another web site said it was over for the season.

The first season ended weeks ahead of schedule because they aired 5 new episodes in the first week - with an order which was 2 episodes short of a traditional pick-up... so it was like cutting 6 or 7 weeks off of the schedule.

Lifetime has announced that Rita Rocks will be back with a 20-episode second season, which will begin airing in the fall.
