Casey Anthony...Murderer OR Grieving Mom?

So is Miss Casey Anthony a heartless, wicked murderer or a grieving mom?

If she is found guilty, should she get the death penalty or life in prison without the possibility of parole?

Based on a lot of the info released on the case and the fact that a lot of stuff Casey said turned out to be false. I think she is a murderer.

So do I. The behavior of that whole family has been suspicious since day one. ohno: This is just my own personal feeling, Lee - I wasn't there and I'm not judging until she is proven guilty. But my gut feeling is that she was involved in some way in what happened to Caylee. :(

Her was name was Zenaida Fernandez Gonzales. Casey basically used that name as her fictitious nanny and as a result that lady's name was tarnished. She a defamation suit against Casey.

i don't think she should get the death penalty unless there's enough DNA evidence alone to convict her and/or she pleads guilty. we wouldn't want to execute her and find out later that she didn't do it (sounds to me she could have just let someone else do it, in which case it would be something along the lines of manslaughter instead of homicide). maybe that's how the death penalty already works though, i don't know.

An example of this is Charles Manson. He originally got the death sentence, even though he took no direct part in the murders and was not present during the duration of the crimes.

Being the mastermind and orchestrator of the group's actions was enough to get him sentenced to death. Then California abolished the death penalty which is why he and the other "family members" are still incarcerated today.


Essentially it is in the hands of the court and what the specific laws say where you committed the crime.

I think she deserves life in prison, if she did intentionally murder her child she deserves to die but killing her would only put her out of her misery. She definetly has some mental problems. She seems so selfish and self-indulged . I think she is just putting on an act trying to make people think she actually feels bad about what happened to Caylee.
They should just put her in a mental hospital. She's crazy:mad:
