If you have Windows Vista look under accessories and click snipping tool. Follow the instructions the snipping tool gives you and then after you edit the image of your desktop save it as a jpeg, gif or png file and then you can upload it to tinypic.com and then get a url for it and post it here.

I think with Windows XP or older you press the print screen button on your keyboard and go to paint click edit and then click paste. Then save it and then upload it to tinypic or photobucket and a get a url then and then post it here.

Thanks for that info. I've been trying since last night to post my desktop by doing the print screen button thing, and it wouldn't work. I have Windows Vista, so I'll try what you mentioned, and see if it works. Thanks again!!

I have windows vista and print screen works for me. You have to make sure to push the Fn key at the same time as the Prt Sc button. Then, just paste into paint and resize.

oh nevermind......that's not worth all that trouble :lol:

Besides mine is boring......maybe 3-4 icons at the most since I had to reformat the hard drive a couple of weeks ago. my wallpaper is a picture of a peacock I found on Flickr.

I know, I was so touched when I saw it, I literally cried, as nobody had ever done a thing like that for me before, and was just so moved that she'd put forth that kind of effort for me. Showed me once again what a true friend is all about.

Not to get too mushy or anything, (I know that can annoy some people), but I sometimes get the feeling that Mattie is an Angel, and was put here on this earth to make people's lives brighter, because her light has definitely shown on me!!! To Mattie, a true living Angel!! ;) :angel:
