Should Orson & Dave be committed?

These two guys are definitely causing major problems on Wisteria Lane. Should they both be committed to a mental hospital or should they be thrown in jail?

Both are a bit strange. Dave has murder on his mind. Orson is lost without a job and to pass time does odd things. I did wonder on May 10th episode how he got into the locked storage unit without a key. Or did he happen to find a key. Or was the area their own garage?. Both Bree and Orson are doing strange things. I can where Susan divorced Karl. He's a creep too.

After seeing 5/17/09 episode, he seemed quite sweet with his wife Mrs Dash and his blond cutie daughter. Although I does seem odd that years earlier when the car accident involving his wife and daughter, Susan and Mike didn't know about him. May in tvland the character had a face transplant. I was glad that Lynette didn't face another round of cancer. It did put a dagger in Tom's plans of school. He must have had some memory of how to do well on tests after boozing it up the night before. Didn't he say he did very well. I expected to hear he just made it.
