Young Michael Myers Gets Replaced Because Child Actor Became Too Big

An unknown Seattle, Washington actor will be the latest to play serial killer Michael Myers in Rob Zombie's new Halloween movie.

Chase Wright Vanek has been drafted into H2, which is currently shooting in Georgia, as the young Myers.

He replaces Daeg Faerch, who played Myers in Zombie's 2007 Halloween remake. A growth spurt cost Faerch the role, according to website Bloody-Disgusting.com.

A source says, "He apparently grew to a height taller than (co-star) Sheri Moon since the last film hit theatres."

why why why why why are they making a sequel to a remake that was nothing compared to the original? This will sound sad, but I'd rather see a Psycho V than an H2.

So they're doing more backstory in the sequel?

I guess the first half of the first movie wasn't enough.

Sometimes I think Rob does movies just to give his wife an acting gig.
