Bolo Yueng, age 50, in 1988's "Bloodsport"

Bolo Yueng is one of my idols and he is a prime example of what a healthy diet and exercise can do for you. He is one of my favorite martial arts actors and perhaps the best martial arts villain in cinema.

Bolo was born in China in 1938 and has a long resume of decades work in the martial arts/action business. He managed to escape from China to get away from communism and came to the United States where he met Bruce Lee.

Bruce Lee cast him as a villain in Enter The Dragon which turned out to be a mega-hit and Lee's last film. Since then Bolo continued in the business and got his breakout role in the mainstream in 1988's Bloodsport; starring Van Damme.

Though in his 50s Bolo was in high demand for action films and reunited with Van Damme in 1991's Double Impact.

He continued to do action work up until 1997 when he took a retirement from the business. Then 10 years later Bolo came back to take the role of a trainer in 2007's Blizhniy Boy: The Ultimate Fighter

Now at 70, Bolo still holds high respect for Bruce Lee and is devoted to martial arts. He lifts weights everyday, practices tai chi, and is chairman of a body building committee.

Recently, Van Damme announced he is doing Bloodsport 2 so here's hoping Bolo is back in action...
