TV Land and Nick at Nite's episode airing order

Can anyone tell my why on earth does TV Land and Nick at Nite air their programs in airdate order. In my opinion, production order is the most logical. Most other stations air programs in production order. For example, The Munsters on TV Land was shown in airdate order while at the same time channel 41 in Milwaukee aired the Munsters in production order. Why is TV Land and Nick at Nite different?

They air them as they were Originally seen.

except for the editing, cutting, voice overs ( during credits) and the skipping of episodes.. yeah they sure do show them like the were seen,.... ok i know i took this quote out of context but still it had to be said.
