The episode that's missing, "The Courtship of Eddie's Parents" was produced in the second season and features Jeff and Steph Woodcock over Kenny Westchester. However, the episode still hasn't aired yet (according to TV.Com). So, obviously they didn't release it with the season two set. Even though they released three episodes that were produced in the second season and aired in the third season. I guess because "The Courtship of Eddie's Parents" was unaired and will likely air in the third season, it will be released in the Season Three set. Still though, I wish it was included in the season two set so we'd have all the second season produced episodes and all the Jeff and Steph Woodcock episodes. Plus, a picture of this episode is on the set (the picture of Valerie Harper).

Here's the second season production order and how the DVD (in my opinion) should have had the episodes...

201 - Performance Anxiety
202 - Come Out and Play
203 - Four Neighbors and a Funeral
204 - No More Mr. Vice Guy
205 - Everybody Digs Doug
206 - The Tale of the Tape
207 - Mixed Doubles
208 - Bedtime Stories
209 - Vintage Eddie
210 - Second Marriage Guy
211 - Philadelphia Freedom *aired in season 3*
212 - The Courtship of Eddie’s Parents *still unaired*
213 - Really Big Brother
214 - Snip/Duck
215 - Raisinette in the Sun
216 - Sob Story
217 - Swimming with the Starks
218 - Secret Meatball *aired in season 3*
219 - Joy Ride *aired in season 3*

The episodes aired in season 3, contain the season three opening credits, even though they are counted as season two episodes in my book. Also, "Joy Ride", the final episode of season 2 does NOT have Jeff and Steph Woodcock in it. So it seems more like a season three episode even though it isn't.

I contacted Gord Lacey of tvshowsondvd.com the day the press release came out and I realized the missing episode. He thanked me and said he was contacting Sony, however, he never got back to me, so I'm guessing it'll be on the season 3 set.

If I were Sony, I'd take some advice from Anchor bay. They released all five seasons of Grounded for Life in production order, however if they didn't appear in the particular season they were meant for, and were then aired in the next, they'd start the next season dvd with those episodes. Sorry if this sounds confusing.

That bothered me too.

Not only because it should have been included based on production order, but because they put SEVERAL pictures from the episode on the box-set (one on the box itself and then one in each of the slips - on the bottom left hand side once opened)
