WTF Is Wrong With Shipments of the Platinum Edition of Miley's 'Breakout'?

What the heck is up with the shipments of the platinum edition of Miley Cyrus' Breakout? I went to pick it up at Target or Circuit City and I didn't see it at either store. Of course it was at Wal-Mart, so what gives? I thought it was a wide release because Target had it in their sale list for this week. I wanted to get it there because it was a few dollars less than the Wal-Mart price. :confused: No one online confirmed that the initial release may be Wal-Mart only.

her new single is Fly on the Wall.

See You Again was a great song, everyone i knew liked it but hated that they liked a Miley Cyrus song lol. it was like the ultimate guilty pleasure song.

^Yup, I liked it as well and because of it I was really looking forward to her own non-Hannah material. I was really disappointed when "7 Things" came out... that song is so annoying.
