Hazel and Christine

One thing that I have written about several times is my fondness for Blythe Danner (Will's Mom). Another thing that I have done on this page as well as several other pages of this site is compare her to other babes who I thought looked great in their years past fifty or even sixty. Two such actresses whom I have done a lot of comparing and contrasting of are Hazel Shermet and Christine Baranski. In my opinion, those are two real hot chicks! Last night on the "Mad About You" section I started a thread called "My Friend Christine". Earlier this evening, I started another one called "My Friend Hazel". You would have to read the posts themselves to understand what either of these ladies have to do with "Mad About You". In any event, the last time I checked (which was less than an hour ago) neither of these threads had any responses. On top of looking hot as older women (like Blythe Danner) I would say that there are also other reasons why it is appropriate to mention these actresses on a "Will and Grace" page. To start with, during her sixties, Hazel Shermet made guest appearances on such sitcoms as "Facts of Life" and "Gimme a Break!". According to my expereinces, the same Generation X crowd who watch these shows as teenagers watched shows like "Will and Grace" when they became twenty-somethings. On top of this, Blythe Danner's character was a huge fan of the Broadway play "Mamma Mia"! Christine Baranski was in the movie based on the play! Before signing off, I would like to mention one more parrelell in situations. Just like Debra Messing (Grace Addler) Christine Baranski looks like dynomite in designer boots! That is, at least, in my opinion!
