I don't know any of the cast of Weeds from any previous movies or tv shows, so here is who I would change:
Nancy - Molly Shannon
Andy - Harry Connick Jr (young of course)
The youngest kid - Adam Rich from the 1970's
Kevin Nealon - dunno, I think he's wasted in this role. He's much funnier than they let him be
The maid - I would exchange her for the maid from Will & Grace, Rosario! She acts like her anyway.
