Converting VHS to DVD Question

Why is it when I tried to convert eps on a VHS tape that was recorder on my DVD/VHS recorder the picture didn't come out CLEAR?


But when I converted a VHS master that was recorded on another VCR, once I converted to DVD it came out very nice.


Can someone help???

ya got me, Solomon; I didn't even know it's possible to convert VHS tapes to DVD!
