Anybody think of songs that have product placements in them?:) I have a few.
1. Tina Turner-Private Dancer. Lyric: "American Express will do nicely for you."
2. Blondie-Rapture. Lyric: Mercuries and Saburus(and maybe Lincolns)."
3. Golddigger-Kanye West and Jamie Foxx. Lyric: "Should have gotten Geico insured for your money."

In one of Ice Cube's songs, he's singing (about taking a girl out to dinner) "You want lobster, i'll feed you Burger King".:lol: He mentions alot of Brand name's in his songs.

In 1970, The Kinks had to change their lyric in the song "Lola" from Coca-Cola
to "cherry cola", due to trademark infringement.
In the video to "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" by Primus, in the lyrics they had to bleep out the names "Taco Bell" and "Seven Layers" in reference to their then-popular 7-layer burrito on the menu.
