What songs make you think of summer or remind you of this time of year?


I got to go with "Under The Boardwalk" by the Drifters. To me that song says summer.

Oh yeah, anything by the Beach Boys(well up to 1973), they make summer(and music all year round) fun.

Ok, I don't like this song, but it always reminds me of summer:

MOONLIGHT, FEELS RIGHT by Starbuck...:lol: Who would've thought that band would have their name live on forever in coffee shops across the U.S.? :lol:

Also SUMMERTIME by Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff. And the original song by Kool and the Gang.

I agree with all those choices, as well as Sly & the Family Stone's "Hot Fun in the Summertime". "Heat Wave" (Martha & the Vandellas) is also a terrific summer song, and so is (surprise) "Summer Song" by Chad & Jeremy.
