What if they had started Seinfeld back in the 70s or the 80s with the exact same people and writers and creators, same state, same city, but how would it be different. If seinfeld had started in the 70s they would all be teenagers, and in the 80s they would be in their 20s facing adulthood. Just tell me how it would be different in the 1970s and the 1980s.

Interesting idea!

If Seinfeld were set in the 70's with the gang as teens, I would picture a show similar to That 70's Show. They would all be living with parents, maybe they would congregate in Jerry's basement or his room instead of his apt. Jerry would be considering a career in comedy, maybe his parents could be trying to persuade him to go to college instead. George's dad could be trying to talk him into going to the army. Elaine could be living with her Mom and I could totally see her with a Farrah-do!

Seinfeld in the 80's would be kinda similar to the 90's show I think. They would be starting careers, dating people, playing the field, some could be in school.
