Well season 1's theme for Family Matters, What a Wonderful World, sounded nothing like the show, which is obviously why iy was changed mid- season.

Some may disagree with me on this one, but I'd have to say The Wonder Years. No matter how much I loved the show and the theme song, "With A Little Help From my Friends" really didn't fit in with the main point of the show. It was about a kid growing up, and more about his family than his friends.
