I'm not sure if anyone here has heard yet, but two actors have been let go from Days of Our Lives. Hold on to your seats:

Brandon Beemer(Shawn Brady) and Martha Madison(Belle Black Brady) have been let go. You can read about it at soapoperanetwork. I don't have the direct link, sorry folks! Sooo, what does everyone think? Mad??? Happy??? What's everyones opinion about this?

Don't hate me, but - they kinda get on my nerves. I'm surprised they are being let go though.

While I prefer Jason Cook and Kristen Storms playing the respective parts, I feel that when I tuned in again after several years I easily would have been able to warm up to the couple again if they had a decent storyline. I'm sick of triangles and quads on soaps nowadays (I think they're used too often), and Shawn/Belle/Phillip to me got annoying. These characters have so much history and that's one reason why I HATE hearing this. That was just a downright lame and stupid decision on their part IMHO. Just when Chloe came back too. :mad: ohno:

As far as I know of, there hasn't been any talk about recasts. But maybe eventually they might return, I wish I knew more, I read this at another website that I belong to. I'm just telling you what I heard and read. So your guess is as good as mine. I'll let you know when I hear something interesting.

Brandon Beemer I didn't think was a good actor. At least Martha Madison does have part of that Belle personality that Kristen had. Still don't care either way as they were never part of the reason I watched Days (Allison Sweeney is).
