I got one:
Jaleel White as Steve Urkel, in many interviews, he stated he will never play the Urkel character again since he hated it and when he goes on dates, girls wanted him to do the Urkel laugh and I do feel sorry for him since he wanted to be himself, I can't blame him.
Any others?

When she was still alive, Elizabeth Montgomery said she'd never do a Bewitched reunion movie or reprise Samantha. She said she wanted to move on, and any reprisal would never top what she'd already done with Bewitched/Samantha. I think she was right.

She is a very smart lady since she said that and I agree with her.

Robin Williams will never do a Mork and Mindy reunion.

pretty safe bet Tom Hanks won't be doing a Bosom Buddies reunion
Family Ties is another show that will never have an in-character reunion, Michael Gross went on record in 1989 saying he hoped the Keatons would die in a plane crash
Another more recent of a "no reunion likely" is Six Feet Under. Who needs to see the reunion when the last five mins of the finale spilled everything about what's going to happen in their future

I don't think Tom Hanks would reprise his role as Uncle Ned from Family Ties, either.

I think that Gary Coleman would never want to reprise his Arnold Jackson character, b/c he hated anyone that said "Whatcha' talkin' bout, Willis?"
It was quite evident when he was on VH1's the Surreal Life when Vanilla Ice kicked it w/ Todd Bridges in one ep. and Vanilla Ice tried to piss off Coleman by getting him to say that catchphrase to Bridges.
After the way Dustin Diamond acted when he was on Celebrity Fit club 5 this year, I highly doubt that he would ever wanna play Screech again. Watch him on that show and you'll even hear him say he doesn't wanna play Screech again.

Irwin Allen always said no reunion movie for Lost In Space. A damn shame too.

didn't they have a mini-reunion on America's Funniest Home Videos in '97 or something like that?
but yeah, i think Bob Saget and John Stamos would both like to forget Full House.

well, he's way too big of a star to return to television I bet. Also, Mork And Mindy coincided with a dark period in his life with his drug addiction, so I can understand why he'd best forget the show that made him famous

That's odd, Mork and Mindy is what I remember Robin for the most. I never knew he used drugs.

Plus, Robin Williams was very good friends with John Belushi, and they supposedly did drugs together. When John Belushi died, I guess that was one of the things that made Robin face up to his own problem.

yep, I've heard stories that Robin and John were using cocaine together the night before John's death.
At least Robin's been good and clean for well over 20 years now so I commend the fact that he faced his problems and overcame it, many of his peers weren't so lucky (just like Belushi)

Scott Baio of Happy Days apparently doesn't want to be remembered as Chachi Arcola if people are going to get a rise out of him in spite... which is ironically the role that made him famous to begin with. To this day, people still use that name, so it has not changed at all.

I've never heard him say this, but it's a safe bet that Gary Burghoff will NEVER play Radar O'Rielly again.
He liked the character at first; but then he became dissolushoned with him when they made him into "a naive farm boy who drank nothing stronger than grape nehi". That's why he didn't wear his "Radar cap" in his final episode-he wanted to show who he really is; a balding, middle aged man.
I've read that Kirstie Alley will never play Rebbeca Howe again; she doesn't believe in playing a character twice.

Nancy McKeon (spelling?) made it clear she will never play Jo (from 'The Facts of Life') again. I.E: the reunion movie that aired a few years ago. She wasn't in it.

According to this article from a couple years ago, Kirstie actually wants to do a Cheers reunion.
Kind of funny since she never appeared on Frasier.

I heard Kirstie only didn't do Frasier because of her $cientology beliefs against psychology. Of course, Frasier was already an established character on Cheers by the time she joined in 1987 and she didn't have any beef with it then, so who knows.

Yeah right! John Stamos has said many times before he wishes he never did Full House, and that he wants to get rid of his squeaky-clean Uncle Jesse image. Same goes for Bob Saget and Dave Coulier.

She wasn't in the reunion due to scheduling conflicts with her Lifetime tv series and not cause she didn't want to do the reunion. Lifetime wouldn't schedule around the reunion so she couldn't do it.

Here is what Nancy said credit to imdb.com
Declined to participate in The Facts of Life Reunion (2001) (TV) because, "I'm just not a fan of that kind of thing. I would not watch it, so why would I be IN it? It's just never the same." She did, however, offer to direct a movie which would have dealt with the girls reuniting after Jo's death.

He said that almost none of the castmemebers would do one, I said they enjoyed their time on FH, I didn't say ALL of them! There's still a lot more then those three. BTW are you sure about Dave?!

Max Bear said the reason he never reprise his role of Jethro Bodine for the 1981 return of the Beverly Hillbillies is because he thought the character didn't evolve which was true and he has also said that Jethro killed his career,
