I think maybe these are the only two Christmas episodes I've seen:
1. Three's Company (Three's Christmas)
2. Happy Days (don't know the title, but I think it had Fonzie miserable and alone with a single twig for a Christmas tree, and then being invited to join the Cunninghams. Saw it, oh, 24 years ago).

There are only two absolute must-sees about Christmas for me. Not sure the official names but here goes:
1. The Lucy Show - b/w episode where everyone is spending Christmas together for the first time and it becomes a battle between Lucy and Viv to trim their trees while destroying the other's. "Now you'll have to call him Kris Krinkled!" Priceless episode.
2. The Carol Burnett Show - Alan Alda guests as Eunice's brother, Larry, and it's Christmas Hell he has to go through with his family. "Oh, sure, you can't afford a pair of bedroom slippers for your poor ol' momma, but, you can afford to throw away good money on that tacky apron you can't wear but once a year."

So many terrific ones out there:
- Christmas Story- Step by Step- with Don Knotts, reuniting with THREE'S COMPANY co-star Suzanne Somers. Very touching episode. I think Don Knotts has a very distinguishable role as the only person who ever appeared in two episodes with the exact same title. In THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW's sole Christmas episode, his Barney Fife played an integral role in "Christmas Story." I haven't seen that one yet, but I plan on watching it for Christmas as part of my annual TV DVD Christmas marathon.
-Christmas and the Hard-Luck Kid- The Mary Tyler Moore Show- definately my all-time favorite Christmas episode; also up there is THE SNOW MUST GO ON also from season one, even though its not really a Christmas episode.
- THE HONEYMOONERS- 'Twas the Night Before Christmas- classic comedy at its greatest and one of the most touching plots in the HONEYMOONERS' history.
- ALL IN THE FAMILY- The Draft Dodger, Christmas at the Bunkers, Edith's Christmas Story- powerful episodes that rely more on drama than comedy most of the time. A well-tempered mix of comedy and drama was always what attracted me to ALL IN THE FAMILY, especially in great episodes like these.
- Never seen the Alan Brady Christmas episode from TDVDS but I'm sure I'd love it anyway.
- NEWSRADIO- XMas Story- This is probably the FUNNIEST Christmas episode I've ever seen, everybody but Matthew getting a brand new car--- priceless!
- PETTICOAT JUNCTION/ THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES- All the episodes on the Ultimate Christmas Collection
- FRASIER- Miracle on Third or Fourth Street, High Holidays- Hilarious, especially the latter when Niles is getting "high" on nothing and Martin is giggling like crazy.
- CHEERS- Christmas Cheers, A House Is Not A Home- the latter is one of my top five favorite CHEERS episodes, even though the episode aired in May!
- THE ODD COUPLE- Scrooge Gets An Oscar- Great special effects make for a magical Christmas episode.
- BOB NEWHART- Wow, every Bob Newhart Christmas episode was spectacular. Sheer brilliance.
I could go on and on and on, but that's 10.
