can someone help me with this case... it is about a man and his sons who masterminded an insurance fraud scheme. in the update, the judge said he/she refused to treat it as a white collar crime because of the natur eof the fraud scheme. I wa nt to say this is on one of the volumes but cannot remember for sure. thanks

Sheldon Weinberg and his sons. It was a Medicaid scam. They all were eventually apprehended and received prison sentences.
