judging from some of the 70's bands you like, I bet you'd love them.

You should check out "All Over The World: The Very Best Of ELO" collection for starters, you can find it on sale for $10 at times. Outside of "Do Ya" and "I'm Alive" (which you don't need since you said you already own the Xanadu soundtrack), it has practically all the biggies

Their best work is from 1976 to 1981. A personal favorite is Out of The Blue. I love that double album.

I agree, I'd say 1975 instead of 76 tho since Evil Woman and Strange Magic are classics.

I've heard post-81 stuff and never really cared much for it, it's understandable why they dropped so much in popularity in the 80's because the material just wasn't there after the "Time" album in 1981.

I actually liked the Time album..it was different and it was unique. I liked it.
