Let me say here that I notice how Gabrielle's hair is distinctly different from the earlier episodes to the newer ones. Last night her hair had a dark brown/reddish tone to it. As opposed to the newer episodes where her hair seems to be BLACK. The black really brings out her face. It is much longer also, it is so beautiful.

Here's a CG plotline I'd love to see with special guest star Colin Mochrie....

Colin comes in as a one show character....Davis makes some stupid mistake (As hes wont to do) and is fired, Colin comes in as Karen's NEW boss Sargeant Raymond Massey Bender*, he's all gung ho about "Cleaning up this one horse town", and harrasses everyone, Karen gets so upset that she actually helps Davis to get his job back! I like that plot :D

* Raymond Massey was a former actor and later Gov General of Canada...

Is it just me, or is Gabrielle Miller getting thinner as the series goes on? I watch first year eps, and shes got just a nice bit of plump on her, now she looks taller and her face looks thinner (more cheek bone showing too), so i'm thinking shes lost about 10-15 pounds.....anyone else notice that?

I haven't noticed her weight changes as THE FOOLS AT WGN CAN'T KEEP THE EPISODES IN ORDER SO I CAN SEE WHAT CHANGES OCCUR!!!!! :mad: The only one I have noticed is the haircolor.

It's 4:09 am and I just woke up......I've been watching a CG marathon all of NYsday......all 18 season 4 eps , all the season 5 eps shown so far, and a handfull from other seasons I can't believe how many eps I watched in such a short time....man! I really DO love this show! :lol: (The S1 final "I love Lacey" is playing as I type this)

I just seen the other thread that mentioned the season airing now. :lol: As a matter of fact, I went to Best Buy today looking to see if CG was on DVD there. No luck. I looked on Amazon, of course they have it. So I guess I will have to order it via Amazon.

:lol: CG seems consistent. I was just wondering if there are any known bloopers, kinda like what you seen wrong in the background, someone saying something in error, etc.

BTW, according to a ticker tape at the bottom of the screen, WGN WON'T be airing CG ALL NEXT WEEK!!!!! :mad: Gave no reason, just scrolled at the bottom: CG WON'T BE AIRING ALL NEXT WEEK...WILL RETURN THE FOLLOWING WEEK.

as for bloopers in the BG, i havent really noticed any.....all i've noticed is inconsistencies......so far, at least........speaking of bloopers, I noticed a BIG one while watching "Titanic" last week....the rear of the ship is nearly vertical and people are flying down thedeck and crashing into things as they fall, and, I noticed that one of the stanchions (Black metal post used to tie the ship to the dock) actually bent over (looked like black foam rubber) and creased as one of the stuntmen hit it......i replayed in slow-mo, just to see! :lol:

I need to check the WGN website. For some reason Corner Gas aired yesterday (Thursday) at 7:30 p.m. and then it aired at its normal time, 9:00 p.m. Wednesdays still aired its usual 3 episodes.

BTW, i forgot to mention, if you want to see CG bloopers Irene, get the DVDs, theres a fresh blooper reel in the "extras", for each season (Among other things, like running commentary options and "Meet the cast" interviews)

That must be it. I tell ya. I was laying in bed yesterday and I heard the background music that plays when CG changes to another scene. Raymond was watching it in the living room. He had that tv loud. :eek: :lol: I was like, "WTF?" I looked at the clock and the calendar and I was like, "They are showing CG at 7:30 on Thursdays now?" :lol:

Ok, the WGN site only says this:

Watch Corner Gas at the following times...
• Monday - Thursday 12a ET
• 2 episodes - Wednesdays 8p ET
• Late Friday 2:30a ET
• 2 episodes - Sundays 11:30p ET

I wonder if it was just a fluke or if there was a baseball game that aired earlier and they just put CG for filler? :crazy:
