i know im a week late...but, better late then never! this board NEEDS to get more active.
i thought it was another hilarious episode, although to be honest i wasnt a big fan of the baseball team storyline...it brought some good jokes though.
i LOVED Liz's storyline though :rofl: just a hilarious concept...and so Liz-like. Frank's "i'm gay for Jamie" storyline was off-the-wall, but hysterical...and it's nice he finally got a major part.
best lines of the episode:
Liz (to Jamie): What? Sexy? You are. Shut up.
Liz: I'm so disappointed in myself...I've never lied about my age.
Jenna: Things change, Liz. I had my no sex with asians rule, but then you walk into Sharper Image, and there's Quan!
Tracy: Jack, these kids come from Knuckle Beach! It's a totally different world, one where orange soda is a totally acceptable substitute for breast milk.
Jack: These kids need some role models in their lives.
Little Kid: Like R Kelly and Michael Vick?
Liz: Cougars? What's that?
Jenna: Cougars are sexy older women acting young to get young guys. There was an article about it in US Weekly last week. It's the one with the Crisis in Africa cover. (i love the subtle satire on society here.)
Tracy: One of the kids asked me what the sun was at the first practice, Jack!
plus, Jenna's "NYU freshman" boyfriend who wears Heeleys and copies everything Jenna says :rofl:
and Jamie's mom looking exactly like Liz.
