View Full Version : R Kelly Should Go To Prison

I think it's true that he had sex with black female teenagers. This mess that he's gotten himself in can't be false because why would these women wanna make up lies on him? These women know that if they were lying, they would go to prison because the justice system takes accusations very seriously. I didn't wanna believe these accusations when i first heard them but i wouldn't be surprised if he had a weakness for young women. He acts like a kid and he's 41 years old LOL. Just listen to his latest songs and you'll see what i'm talking about. He collaborates with wack rappers now. I miss the old R Kelly who did the classics Bump And Grind, Your Body's Calling, It Seems Like Your Ready, Down Low with Ronald Isley, You Remind Me Of Something, I Can't Sleep Baby, Home Alone with Keith Murray, When A Woman's Fed Up, I Believe I Can Fly. He's a good songwriter and a good producer but the last couple of albums he's done, i haven't liked and i'm disappointed in him because he should be doing music for people his age instead of teenagers. I wish he would cut those braids and stop looking like a thug. Have ya'll seen all that jewelry he's wearing on the album cover of his last album Double Up? That's too many chains he's wearing.

The guy's a skank.
Has he been up to it again or are you talking about the stuff that went down a while ago?

I'm talking about the stuff that went down between him and these young girls awhile ago. He hasn't done anything stupid lately, at least i hope not. I'm tired of celebrities not getting in trouble for the retarded stuff they do. If R Kelly is guilty of these charges, his ass should go to prison. He shouldn't receive any special treatment because he's a celebrity.

I think he belongs in jail too, but I think he'll totally get off (no pun intended, lol) because he's one of the most consistantly successful r&b artists of the past fifteen years. If celebrities go to jail, they're always "sorta stars", someone as big as R. would never go down

 good one. ;)
I agree - as much as I hate to say it, of all the R&B artists out there today, I like his music the most (or at least older stuff - I really haven't heard him lately).
Although now that I think of it, I love Led Zeppelin and Jimmy Page, and apparently old Jimmy loved his 13 yr olds too - and if anything, I've heard rumours that he almost "imprisoned" them. Don't know what he's been up to over the years, but he's never been charged or even investigated as far as I know.

So why should that come as no surprise? ohno:
This has nothing to do with the *mudshark* incident in Seattle? ;)
