Who played Teddy?

Does anyone know who played Teddy in Sunday's episode? They list the guest stars in the beginning of the episode, but I didn't know who played him.

I think my orthodontist does! No, really! He looks EXACTLY like him! I know it isn't but I can always hope... I'll check my tape tonite!

I went and looked at the tape again then I went back to the other episode that he was on and the only name that was on both was Jay Harrington. I am not for sure but they were the only names that matched both episodes.
