LAVERNE & SHIRLEY (which, by then, should have been titled LAVERNE)
MORK & MINDY (esp. the cliffhanger finale with Mork & Mindy lost in space!)

Hazel. It just was not funny (to me) without George and Dorothy for Hazel to bounce off of.

MASH.
Some of the last season episodes of "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" were also pretty bad.
And, don't forget "I DREAM OF JEANNIE. NBC should have known better and not have Tony and Jeannie get married-even Barebra Eden says that was a BAD idea.
Some people say the final season of "THAT 70s SHOW" but I didn't think it was bad.

Chico and the Man - NBC should of been smart enough to cancel this show after Freddie's death. I know that Jack and Della had to be going through the motions of this show by the time S4 came along. The introduction of a new "Chico" was an even bigger slap in the face towards th late Freddie Prinze Sr. and CatM fans. The only good to come out of this season was Charo. Otherwise, this final season was a waste.

Welcome Back, Kotter - This final season got even worse when Beau DeLabarre came along and tried to "be" a Sweathog. This, coupled w/ Gabe Kaplan's frequent absences and John Travolta's ultimate exit from the show made this final season unwatchable.

Diff'rent Strokes - The revamped theme opening and closing theme music, that ugly pink/salmon and silver in the living room, the new actress that played Maggie and annoying Sam already setme off from this show! Oh wait the season before this last one sucked, too. HA HA!

That '70s Show - It was alright, but the way they had the new guy Roger (if that's his name) and Donna making out in Eric's bedroom in one ep.? I thought it was a slap in the face. The good about the final season was that it at least allowed Fez, Jackie, Donna, and Hyde to show what they can do, instead of the show focusing too much on Kelso.

Roseanne - I'm not a big fan of this show, but I heard the final season on this show was also pretty bad as well. Even the opening theme w/ John Popper singing gave a sign that this show was ready to die.

Full House - John Stamos and Bob Saget (especially Stamos) seemed like they were going through the motions and the final episode was just, ACK!!!

Growing Pains - DITTO!

Mork and Mindy - This show gets worse every season after the previous season and the final season, especially the cliffhanger finale really reeked!!!

Hawaii Five-O - Save for only the first ep. and the final ep., this entire finale season seemed more like a bad comic book w/ really awful characters once they brought in th new cast members.

Gimme a Break! - S5 wasn't half bad w/out Dolph Sweet, but S6 was really bad!

Married with Children (it got pretty crappy in it's last 2-3 seasons. it just got too cartoon-ish.)

Three's Company (it ended awfully and abruptly. )

Full House (not only had it become The Michelle Show by this point, the plots started getting ridiculous. Michelle bringing home a pet donkey? Comet falling in love and running away? the show was never a
masterpiece or anything, but the plots were even stupid for FH.)

That 70s Show (why did they even continue it without Eric and Kelso?)

Charmed (there was little focus on the sisters, and when they did focus on them it was for stupid things, like Phoebe getting a new apartment. the main focus was on Billie and the whole plotline with her evil sister which got old after like, 4 episodes. the last 2-3 episodes were excellent though.)

"M*A*S*H": There were only two good episodes, and the rest of the season stunk.
"Sanford and Son": There were deveral good episode, but the show itself was flat, like beer or pop that's gone flat.
"Roseanne": Ri-diculous!
"Happy Days": Boring.
"Friends"

I wouldn't say these were all horrible - They were probably just the weakest (or one of the weakest) from their whole Series;

Diff'rent Strokes
Charles In Charge
8 Simple Rules
The Facts Of Life
Friends
Laverne & Shirley
Married...With Children
Reba
That '70s Show
Will & Grace

I actually liked Billie (Kaley Cuoco) -- but I couldn't stand her evil sister .. and
it bugged me that Billie was so dense (or naive) that she couldn't see her
real intentions.

I agree. I liked Billie, but her sister Christy was THE WORST. I also didn't like that Leo was gone for pretty much the entire season. Him and Piper's relationship was one of the few things left that was still nice about the show.

I also have to admit that Buffy's 7th and final season was fairly weak. It wasn't terrible (and was still better than almost anything on TV at the time), but it was the weakest the show ever was, with the exception of the 1st season.

I thought season 10 of Friends wasn't great by any means, but I'd take it over season 9 any day of the week.

i didnt HATE Billie as in the character, but i hated how they diverted all of their attention to her that year. plus it was just obvious they were out of ideas, there was A LOT of recycled stuff that year ,too.

I nearly forgot about Married w/ Children. - The show was on life support after Buck the Dog died. The plots were just got flat out dumber w/ each newer episode by this point.

And Ditto for That '70s Show. The way Donna made out w/ that new dude in Eric's old bedroom of all places was a huge slap in the face. As much as I sometimes hated that Ashton Kutcher hogs the spotlight too much at times, it seemed that most of the other cast members made it act like he never existed.

The last season of Gilmore Girls wasn't that great, either.
