Trying to remember this case

In a later UM episode, a group of young men robbed a bank in Cupertino, California. The robbery occured during business hours and most of the thieves, who wore masks and carried guns, were caught I believe that same day, thanks to an alert off duty police officer who spotted them leaving the bank parking lot. He quickly notified authorities.

The one who escaped, taunted law enforcement with emails, saying evil things like "the only good cop is a dead cop". Does anyone remember this one? I searched old threads but I dont have any names.

i have seen this one, but i don't remember names. i'll have to check to see if i have this segment, but in the meantime maybe someone else will beat me to the punch.

The man was Francis Buhay (not sure of spelling). He was caught after he called his mother from the Phillipines, where he was hiding out and where his parents are from, and she convinced him to turn himself in to the authorities.
