Recommend A Place For HM Tickets?

Does any one here have any recommendations where to locate tickets? My 9 year old niece would *love* to go. And my brother found out he'd have to pay $1, 200 per ticket.

Is there a place that's reliable and not "fraud" to get tickets to help out?
