In no particular order

Nutty Professor II: Meet The Klumps-The first was a bubble gum movie, but it didn't need a sequal.

Police Academy 2- This took a nose dive from where part 1 was.

Dumb and Dumber 2-Nine years too late and way too stupid.

Gremilns II: The New Batch- Another movie that didn't need a sequal

The Jerk 2- I rather have watched a boring western.

Any sequel is BAD with the exception of:

GODFATHER 2
ROCKY 2
ROCKY 3
TOY STORY 2
TERMINATOR 2
BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN
SHREK 2
SHREK 3

It is easier to pick the best sequels rather than try and name 5 bad sequels.

These aren't in order, just the order I thought of them.

1. Batman Forever - Not so much a bad movie, but compared to the first two films made, this was crap. I left the theater with a headache that day. And I LOVED the franchise up until then.

2. Batman & Robin - This is not only a bad sequel, but a horrible movie. It's worthy of being on "Mystery Science Theater 3000." Arnold as Mr. Freeze? Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy? Batgirl is NOT the Commissioner's daughter? George Clooney as Batman? Those are four questions to think about, lol.

3. The Addams Family Values - I loved the first film, but not so much the second. I love Christopher Lloyd as Uncle Fester, though. He plays it completely different from Jackie Coogan and yet does a fantastic job with it.

4. Austin Powers in Goldmember - I loved the first film and liked the second, even though it was just doing the same jokes over again. At least it had two new characters, Mini Me and Fat, well you know his name. But the third one was terrible. I couldn't get through the entire film.

5. Any sequel to any original film I hated, lol - This was a cheat, but I couldn't think of anymore. I actually like sequels.

For the most part, sequels--and remakes--are an indication of just how unoriginal Hollywood has
become.

Grease II shouldn't have been made

interesting choices guys

mines are:
police academy 7- the first one was good, the rest were the same as the first although the seventh film was horrid

terminator 3: rise of the machines- the weakest of the three films undoubtedly and even the replacement actor for ed furlong as john connor couldn't save this turkey of a movie

the next karate kid- oh the horror of horrors!  hilary swank in her pre-oscar winning days kicking her way to future movie stardom in this dirge of a movie

speed 2 cruise control- i've never been a fan of keanu reeves but i enjoyed the first speed film. this was garbage and as for jason patric, WTF? since when was it okay to replace the original lead for a sequel?

greese 2- what more can be said about this film, other than why? although thankfully, michelle phieffer had better film roles after her appearance in the flick :)

not to mention a lack of originality and creativity on the part of film makers

Yeah, I wasted my money watching Speed 2 Cruise Control. That movie lacked the action and real emotion that Part 1 had. I think the mistake was moving it to above water rather than keeping it on the road. I was disappointed like you said with that garbage.
