Okay, so I thought since the Honeymooner board is pretty slow lately I would make a thread where those of us who frequent (or are new-doesn't matter :)) the HM board could just.. chat! about anything. Honeymooner related or not.
Hmm, I'll think of something to talk about later and come back

Grrr.. I'm soooo excited about going to NY for Christmas but shopping for warm clothes is a mess. I have to make sure it's warm enough for NY BUT I also want to make sure I'll still be able to wear the clothes here as well (hate to spend a ton of money and only wear the stuff once). lol, can't be to light, can't be to heavy. Has to be warm enough for NY but light enough for FL.
I'm hoping these two sweaters I'm getting from Victoria's Secret will be okay in NY.. I know their fine for Fl weather. Eh, who am I kiddin' I'm going to freeze my @ss off in NY.
Irene does your VS carry clothing? Ours doesn't so I have to buy all my clothes from there online.

Some of the ones that friends have purchased or loved have been by Clinique, Celine (Celine Dion's fragrance), I myself purchased Paris Hilton's perfume, Paris. Although I don't care for her, her perfume does smell great. My niece was wearing it and I loved the fragrance.
*ClassicPinUp*

It's tough to buy perfume for women since taste in smell varies a lot! I know some that love Amazing Grace (plan on trying this myself), Chanel NO. 5, Heavenly or Dream Angels (VS), and some love the real sweet smells *I know a girl who has this cotton candy smell*.
Me I like it simple, clean and not over powering. I love light, vanillas and have a Baby Doll Paris (not by Hilton lol) one, Pink Sugar is about the only sweet smelling one I like because it's very light, and flirty without giving people headaches. I dunno I have about 20 different scents.

Last year we used a really great place called JC's but it's a bit $$$.
Since you live in FL, have you ever heard of Sonny's? I've never eaten there, but have heard good things about them and they advertise around here a lot. Here's their web site: http://www.sonnysbbq.com/

But it's great, isn't it???
It's the best thing in the world! The work never ends but the love is forever too!
(((sighs))) not a momma yet.. maybe next year... if/when my guy pops the question  BUT I do have 2 parents who don't like cleaning and leave it up to me lol! Which is okay I guess since I'm a neat freak :p.
Did your son get his sleep last night?
I know my nephew (he just turned 7) is a totally different kid when he's sleepy
My son went to sleep abt a half-hour after getting him to finally lay down. Then I ended up falling asleep right away, which is not what I wanted. I expected to watch television until midnight. Didn't happen. LOL
How old is your son Irene?

lol, had that happen before! Or I'd fall asleep and my nephew or niece would wake back up and be playing/watching TV.

Yeah, his username will be STEVENDOTCOM...
He already uses the computer. He goes on YouTube and so forth. He really knows how to navigate this thing. When he was in Pre-K, the kids were put on computers and he was the only one who was zooming around, doing the lessons and so forth. The teacher told me he would finish his assignments so fast and he really knew how to work the mouse and so forth. I wasn't surprised.

LOL! I can only imagine.
When I worked at a daycare center *1-2 year olds* they would all act up at the same time... never just one or two... always ALL of them! It was days like that I would come home and rethink my 'I want 5 kids' plan
Thank God for nap time!

Oh Bless your heart. I give kudos to those who spend their days with little kids!!!!  I could never do that, I wouldn't have the tolerance to deal with more than ONE kid at a time. I have two adult daughters, but I never knew the headache of being a mother until I had my son. Boys sure are different!!! Oy vey...:faint:

Mine went very well. We all ate and had a ball. It was my son's 6th birthday on Wednesday, so as a family we celebrated on Thursday. How did your Thanksgiving go?

Thanksgiving was great! Lots of food, family and fun. Only bad part is all the leftovers! We sent everybody home with something and yet our fridge is still packed!
Happy belated birthday to your son Irene! Hope he had lots of fun! :D

Haha, I was just about to mention leftovers. I've had turkey for breakfast, lunch and dinner the past 3 days.
