Hello all,
This is your chance to be a part of something special. Frances Bay is Hollywood's Canadian Grandma. She was in Seinfeld as the marble rye lady, Happy Days as Fonzie's grandma and Happy Gilmore with Adam Sandler as the loving grandmother. I am her cousin from Winnipeg, MB Canana and I am putting pressure on the Canada Walk of Fame to induct Ms. Bay for her 90 birthday.
