Does anyone else think there should be another girl?

Does anyone else think there should be another girl added to the cast? Or maybe adding a female recurring character to the show?

Don't get me wrong, I like all 4 of the guys, but I think the other side should be a little more balanced out. Perhaps they can give Penny a roomate? Or maybe a friend from around town?

Sara Gilbert is making her second appearance on October 22. She will be in it semi-regularly.

I agree completely there needs to be another female regular on the show. It would make it so much better.

I wouldn't mind if they added a recurring female character, but I don't think they should add a regular female character, it would hurt the show, IMO. It would be nice to see some of Penny's female friends from time to time, but I think the show is fine the way it is. All the main characters work well together and if they added another regular to the show, it just wouldn't be the same.

it depends on what direction the producers go if they decide to add another female character. Would it be a friend of Penny's or a potential love interest for one of the guys? I don't think it should be a regular character since it would disrupt the chemistry of the four geeks. The chemistry along with the great writing is what has made the show successful.

I dont think there will be another girl, the writer's would of put more than one in it at the beginning. I guess there will just be guest star's during the show's like Sara Gilbert.

I am probably going to be totally alone in saying this but I find the character Kaley Cuoco plays really offensive. Yes, she is cute and bubbly, but why is she always running around in towels and flashing her breasts? Every shot of her is with shirts which basically go down to her navel.

She is so sleazy and promiscuous looking -- really bimboesque I know my comments will elicit a lot of flamers accusing me of being jealous..but I think she should be modest, intelligent, witty..not some skin flashing bimbo.

I had not heard of her before this show and so, I googled her. Her fans call her "wholesome" and "innocent" looking and yet the net is full of pics and videos of her in which she wears inappropriate outfits. On Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel even commented on how she shouldn't leave the house dressed as she is. I find her cringe worthy...Many other pictures are of her in supposed provocative Catholic school girl outfits or are basically bordering on porn/fetishes. She kisses and puckers up for the camera as if she thinks she is Marilyn Monroe. To me she is one level above a prostitute and reeks of sleaze. She exudes an energy of a sexually-addicted sensualist. Nothing pure or wholesome about her.

It would be great to have a cute bubbly blonde like Reese Witherspoon, but this girl is really slutty, gross and doesnt respect herself. Just about every picture of her is of her bending over, flashing her breasts or tryiing to give guys a boner. Does she have any worth or identity beyond this.

All I read about her is about guys wanting to do her. Yes, she has no opinions about politics. I doubt she reads or has much depth. In her interviews, she prattles and says nothing thought-provoking or intelligent, yet the public finds her brilliant and talented. Sorry, I don't see it. Babbling doesnt make one bright -- it just reflects an unfocused, undisciplined mind. I guess people are blinded by her sex appeal.

I would like to have females of character, class, and substance in this sit com (yes, they can be cute too)...instead of this stupid blonde bimbo whose only contribution to the show is to give men boners and to giggle stupidty and to run around being "hot."

Is this what America has come to? As a female, I find her character degrading and embarrassing.

One level above a prostitute? Please... :rolleyes: You make it sound like she's doing porn or something. All she did was pose for a men's magazine in a bikini for crying out loud!

If you actually took the time to watch The Big Bang Theory, you'd realize that Kaley is much more than a "pretty face". She's very funny on this show and her scenes with Sheldon and Leonard are classic.

Wow. I know this "Lois" person is gone. But I've been lurking these forums for a few weeks, her post made me finally register just so I can throw my opinion out there.

Can this person be anymore jealous.....did she see roles like "To Be Fat Like Me" I mean come on, yes Kaley is very sexy, and her roles capatilize on that but this person acts as if she's the first person in the world to have this done to them. The way she talks, it's like she's comparing her to a Paris Hilton, which couldn't be further from the truth.

I feel this is a prime example of taking someone's acting roles too seriously. If this person is gonna flame Kaley for the roles she takes, maybe she needs to look around at the rest of the entertainment world in comparrison? And who is she to say Kaley has no depth and no opinion, wow, talk about living in a dream world.

Sorry, I know this person isnt even here, but I just had to say something.
