Finally, an episode that has everything to do with news! I've been waiting for an episode like this, and it sounds good. Let's hope people actually tune in to see this one this time, maybe doing no less than 6.5 million this time.

I agree. Focusing on the workplace seems like the way to go at least for the present until the show takes off. Let's forget about the ratings for a while...too stressing . Let's enjoy the show and keep fingers crossed for a more promising season

I really don't mind the duel atmospheres, although I enjoy the newsroom setting a little more. The ratings will be what they will be no matter what we say or do.

As long as they keep the child's role how it is I will be tuned in every wednesday

I think I liked episode 2 a little more than episode 2, but they were really about equal to me. I'm looking forward to this episode. IMO, this is really the greatest sitcom of the last 5 years.

Another great episode! The best episode since the pilot, IMO. It was nice to see the entire episode taking place in the newsroom for the most part. To me that's when the show is the funniest. I'm surprised that Gary wasn't in the episode. He's one of my least favorite characters (though they're all pretty good at times), so I can't say his absence hurt the episode. Troy was hilarious. I hope he becomes a recurring character. Chuck had the best line of the night in that scene where he's talking to the guy with the high pitched voice and he says "I don't think this is a time for conflict, I think it's a time for helium. For healing.." :rotflmao:

Great episode tonight. Very funny. It had me lol throughout. The interaction between Chuck and Kelly is always hilarious and tonight I actually liked the bit with Montana and Troy. Hope we're lucky enough to get to see this show improving week after week.

A really funny episode!

Chuck Darling: "A Raging Inferno Downtown, 5%" Or something like that.

I really dug this episode. I think the show is getting better and better. Hopefully, other viewers agree.

A very good episode! This episode had a lot of jokes where I kind of laughed quitely, or laughed "on the inside". Towards the end, when I heard the guys voice, and realized that kelly gave the story to Chuck for a reason, I was laughing for at least a minute straight. Then when the guy said "Here I save my family's life, and people still make fun of my voice" I LOL again.

I love how this show has 1 big storyline, and then a smaller storyline or two with the minor characters. And did anyone else think Fred was hilarious in this episode? Espcially the part about the walls being thin-LOL

Marsh is probably my favorite character so far. Fred is definitely the undiscovered talent in this show, no doubt about it. Whatever story he's given, he makes it extrememly funny.

This episode was the best so far, in my opinion. I laughed myself silly. LOL at Chuck thinking he was being set up and saying, "It's a guy in a bear suit, isn't it?" Kelsey Grammer has got to be one of the best comedic actors of our time. His facial expressions are priceless. He plays indignant like nobody else can.

The chemistry between Kelsey and Patricia is phenomenal. Really, when they're onscreen, I literally cannot take my eyes or my ears off them. Chemistry can't be forced or manufactured. It's either there, or it's not, and those two have it.

I missed Gary this week. I enjoy his character as the hapless field reporter who can't get anything right, even the pronunciation of his name. I hope he's not gone. The casting is fantastic. Ryan, Montana, and the winner of them all, Marsh. "This is Ramone, your sweaty gardener..."

This show is a winner. I would never watch a show if I didn't like it, not even as a favor for a friend (love ya Brian ). I walk away from movies we rent, 15 minutes into them, I stop reading books if I'm bored, that sort of thing. The show has grabbed me in a big way. I pray it makes it. I look forward to it every week. I don't care about the ratings either. If there are enough to keep in on the air, that's good enough for me.

Wow, you like this show even more than I do-LOL. I feel the exact same way about it. Both have great chemistry, it makes me wonder why both of them never acted together before. If both were around 20 years ago, this show would have been a phenomenal hit. All the other characters are great too. I love how all the minor characters have equal parts and lines from week to week. I too missed Gary this week. I was wondering why he wasn't in this episode. You think they could have given him some lines . . .

Looking forward to Wednesday night already! :D

This episode had me !! The "healing/helium" line was the best, as was Kelly making the bear story "too soft, then too hard, then just right". I too would like to see Troy aka Bill Macy back again. I strongly disliked Montana when the show debuted, but I'm starting to like her better every week. There's just a chance she could be to BTY that Corky Sherwood was to Murphy Brown.
