I guess we will start to find out more and more as the series progress, but after watching the second episode I can see one of the reasons can be she is a slob according to her messy apartment

That we should find out. In the Pilot episode, she just THEY broke up. And she moved in from another city, so I don't think she wants to get "a man" so soon.

I think she broke up with him because she was crying about him being a jerk, not so much that he left her.
