Every Man's Dream

Starring Jared Padalecki as Mitch Bergen, a twentysomething hunky bachelor living in a Buffalo house with four strictly-platonic yet gorgeous young women. Mitch's four lovely yet quirky roommates include: the sarcasm-loving rebel, Tanna Briggs (Amber Tamblyn), the ditzy drama queen, Rachel Warren (Hailey Duff), the bubbly yet ambitious, Veronica Vassey (Kristen Bell), and the sassy yet smart, Alejandra "Alex" Ramirez (Adrienne Bailon). Veronica, Rachel, Tanna, and Alex first owned the house, and decided to allow a former "homeless" Mitch to move in under one condition---no dating the other housemates. Tanna works as a dental assistant where she is madly in love with her hunky dentist boss, Dr. Dave (Greg Kinnear). Rachel works as a hairstylist at Super Cuts, as she dreams of becoming a celebrity hairstylist someday. Alex works down at the local radio station as the intern for a morning radio talk show. Veronica works as a bartender/cocktail waitress at the gang's hangout, Shenanigans. And, Mitch works as a handyman at the local veterinarian's clinic. Mitch also is conducting an on-going secret affair with his boss and vet doctor, Nina Madsen (Madchen Amick)--who just so happens to be a recently married newlywed. Plus, Mitch's college student younger sister, Katie Bergen (Arielle Kebbel) often drops by to hangout with her brother and his housemates/friends. And, Mitch and Katie's newly divorced, often boozy mother, Sandy Bergen (Wendie Malick) stops by and plays "surrogate mom" to the four girls living with her son, whom she is worried he will turn out like his father, a skirt-chasing womanizer.
