Its the new animated sictom (Most characters are animated, the rest is live action) Captain Jack and Joey The Fish. The show is about an old sea captain named Jack and Joey the talking sunny (fish) who goes to fish school. (and lives in an ocean)

1-"Back To School"- Joey attend his first day of 6th grade at Moss Lane Middle School. George is convinced he is a school kid again and follows Joey to school. Joey meets Gary the frinedly shark and is afraid of him until he realizes how friendly he is. Jack buys a boat he call the Lonley Lady. Kate convinces George to see Moe the psychiatrist about his problems.

2-"The Flying Fish and The Wacky Salmon"- Evan and Frank become best friends and race each other around the ocean. Robert the gym teacher hold try outs for the school swimming team. Joey enters tries out for the swimming team and makes the team. Moe and George make some progess in therapy. Joey races school fish for pratice. He wins everytime. Jack and Ryan go fishing and Jack cathes a giant fish (after several hours)

3-"Tidal Wave "- Ace, Ted, Barry, Dave, and Gary form a rock band. They call themselves Tidal Wave. Their hit songs include "On my way home, My life as a fish, and Don't Be Afraid Of Our Friend Gary The Shark, They become the hit of the town (Mosscenteral) and perform at various concerts. Later however Ace starts getting snobbish and constantly says he is the best performer in the band. Ultimately the band breaks up. Later Gary becomes a solo artist and releases his hit single "I Miss Tidal Wave". Ace apologizes to his former band mates and they decide to get the band back togther. Meanwhile Joey and Tom (also a sunny, goes to moss lane) become friends. They become huge fans of Tidal Wave and they go to local concerts with the band.

4-"The Hippie Fish"- Kate meets an old friend from school named Jerry who is a tunafish and has become a hippie. Kate is surprised about Jerry's change in personality. Kate tries to change Jerry but her efforts are ultimately unsuccesful. She then tells Jerry she does not care that he is a hippie. Joey dreads a test in fish history class which he later barely passes. Captain Jack takes up golf and becomes very good at it. Later after Jack is teeing off an alligator takes Jack's ball. Jack gets in a dangerous fight with the alligator but comes out unharmed and gets his golfball back as well. (Guest stars Conan O Brien as Jack's friend Ralph, David Spade as Jack's friend Jason, Tommy Chong as Jerry)

5-"Meds"- Moe gives George medication for his condition. Later George comes out and says he was pretending to be senile which is a shock to everyone. He says he did it because once on April Fool's Kate prended to have alzheimer's. Meanwhile Jack watches Ryan surf giant waves in a huge rain storm.


6-"Moe Comes For Dinner"- Moe is depressed since he lost his one and only client George. Later Moe feels better after he gets a new client named James who is a trout (he is depressed since his wife left him). (Moe feels better because he has someone he can help feel better) George is invited to have dinner at Moe's house. George comes over for dinner and is now happier and makes jokes while over as well. (Guest stars Ben Stiller as James)

7- "Gary Bulks Up"- Gary takes up weightlifting and gets really strong. Jack takes up parasailing until a boating accident causes him to be stuck in a tree until the fire department arrives and rescues him. (Guest stars Rob Coddry as a sarcastic fireman who is a Snapper)

8-"Jack Meets Joey"- Jack and Ryan go scubadiving. Jack and Ryan happen to go divining in Mosscenteral. The town hears them diving. The town then quickly reviews their policy of not talking to humans. Unfortuantely Joey was in bathroom when all this was discussed. Joey comes out of the bathroom and later sees Jack and Ryan. Joe casually says hi to Jack. Jack freaks out and faints. Ryan sees Jack fainted and now unconscious. Ryan calls for help from his friends Charlie and William. They carry Jack up and out of the water. Jack later regains consciousness. He tells his friends what happen. They say he must have gotten light headed from a lack of oxygen and Jack agrees . The town figutes out Joey talked to a human. The town is angry at Joey and they say he is lucky chaos did not insue from his mistake. So Joey feels bad and wants to leave the town. (Guest starring Jerry Stiller as Charlie, Steve Martin as William)

9- "Jack Meets Joey Part II- Jack runs away. The town goes looking for Joey. After 6 hours the whole town including the police find Joey hiding on the outskirts of town. The town apoligizes to Joey for making him feel bad. The town throws a party celebrating Joey's return. Meanwhile Captain Jack and his friends play poker. Jack loses a lot of money but later breaks even. Ryan wins 200 dollars, William and Charlie lose 100 dollars a piece. (Guest starring Jerry Stiller as Charlie, Steve Martin as William, Rob Coddry as a sarcastic fireman who is a Snapper, Chalie Sheen as Officer Peter Barracuda who is a barracuda.

10,11 -"I Went To Harvard I'm A Genius Parts I and II"- Captain Jack and Ryan go fishing with Jon Smith (a Havard grad who claims to be a genius) While fishing they run out of a gas and are out lost at sea for several hours until the coastgaurd comes and rescues them. (during these hours Jon continually blames Jack for not having enough gas) Jack and Jon get into a fight. Jack throws Jon over board and gets him to apoligize for being a jerk. Jack then brings the boat over to Jon and helps him back in the boat) Meanwhile Joey and the band Tidal Wave see the new fish movie (Cross Country Fish) comedy about two fish who swim cross country and run into several interesting characters across the way. (Guest stars Jon Stewart as Jon Smith, Jack Nicholoson as Xavier Grouper (he's a Grouper) he's in the movie, Patton Oswalt as Otto Amberjack, (he's an Amberjack and in the movie) and Fred Willard as coast guard

12-" Meet Mario The Stingray"- Joey meets Mario the Stingray. (voiced by Hank Azaria) Mario wants to join the band Tidal Wave on electric piano but he is repeatedly told they have enough members. Mario is then depressed until Joey tells the band to give Mario a chance. Mario tries out for the band and becomes a member. Later Tidal Wave perfroms a local concert for the town that everyone attends. (They perform their new song called Meet Mario The Stingray) Meanwhile Ryan teaches Captain Jack how to surf and Jack becomes a good surfer for a beginner.

1-"The New Hits"- Tidal Wave releases new hits and becomes a mega hit band and begins touring the ocean (hits include, Ocean Journey, Touring Is Fun, I Love The Sea, Don't Trust Anyone, Party Night, Time To Rock, I'm Your Captain, Listen To What The Fish Said). Joey joins the school track team and is the fastest kid on the team.

2-"The Big Race"- Joey gets ready for the schools first race against a rival school. Later his school wins the race. Jack hires a first mate named Jeff. Jeff is a party animal though and stays up late at night and annoys Jack. (Guest Starring Jack Black as Jeff)

3-"Aces High"- Ace and his band mates play poker and Ace wins a lot of money. Tidal Wave releases a new song. ( Born To Be Free) Jeff believes he can write a novel about his life and stays up late at night trying to write it but later gives up. (Guest starring Jack Black as Jeff)

4, 5, 6 -"What Is Love? Parts I, II, III "- George and Kate go out to eat for their anniversary and Joey gets a pretty babysitter named Betty who he really likes. (he is 11 and she's 16) He tries to ask her out but she says he is to young. He later spends the next few days trying to act more mature to get Betty's attention. He pretends he has a job and is always tried. (She tells him he is cute and all but he she has a boyfriend named Chris) Joey then becomes angry at Chris . He locks himself in his room and begins a master plan to humiliate Chris and win Betty. George and Kate believe something is wrong with Joey. George and Joey have a long talk about the situation and George convinces Joey it's not worth trying to humiliate Chris and that one day he will meet someone his own age that he likes. Later he falls in love with a new fish girl named Lisa (who's his age) and the two become good friends. Meanwhile Jeff gets sick and watches t.v. for a few days while Jack celebrates by staying out at sea all the time. (Guest starring Jack Black as Joe)

7-"The Guest Member"- Tidal Wave writes and releases a new song Don't Take The Bait with a guest member on saxophone. They later perform that song at a concert along with Don't Be Afraid Of Our Friend Gary The Shark (remix featuring piano) Jeff is well but Jack tries to convince him is really still sick and that him feeling good is all in his head. Moe sees James again who is feeling better since his wife left him and that he took Moe's advice by taking a vacation. (Guest starring Gerry Rafferty as Gerry the saxophone playing trout, Jack Black as Jeff and Ben Stiller as James)

8-"The Math Test"- Joey is nervous about his upcoming test in Math and does not give 100 percent in Gym. Robert gets angry and tells him if does not step it up he will go to the principal. Joey listens and steps it up. Joey asks Even for advice and he tells him that Brian was good at math in school and can help him. Joey goes to see Brian and Brian helps him pass the test. Jack decides to repaint the boat but Ryan switches the paint midway and Jack is forced to repaint his boat.

9-" The Road Test"- Laura fails her test for her driver's license and is miserable. Latter George and Laura go out driving and George helps her become a better driver. She takes the test again later and passes. Meanwhile Robert wants to introduce dodgeball to the kids but the principal is against. The kids however want to play and the teacher decides to let them play. Robert brings out dodgeball and Joey is good at it. The other kids attempt to get good enough to beat him but fail however. (Guest stars Robin Williams as the principal)


10-"All Hands On Deck!"- Jack and his crew encounter a storm and Jeff panics. They almost get shipwrecked but Jack guides the ship to safety. Meanwhile Joey and Lisa are nervous about going to their first dance ever. Later they learn everyone else is nervous and no one is dancing so they decide to go home and play games instead. (Guest starring Jack Black as Jeff)

11-"He Hates Me"- Tidal Wave Performs at a concert with two new songs (I Don't Want To Be Caught, and I'm As Happy As A Clam) Meanwhile Jeff is convinced Jack hates him and tries being extra nice to him Jack seems a little happier but Jeff is convinced Jack but still hates him. Then Ryan attempts to ride a giant wave but wipes out. Jeff and Jack share a friendly moment laughing at him however them sharing a laugh at Ryan's failure disgusts Ryan. (Guest starring Jack Black as Jeff)

12-"The Fight"- Ryan enters a contest to win 200 dollars if he can last five minutes with a prize fighter. Jeff and Jack bet against him but much to their surprise Ryan wins the fight by knocking out the prize fighter in 4 minutes. Meanwhile Andrew and Henry (the sea horses) take a boat trip to see the biggest clam anyone has ever seen. (Guest starring Jack Black as Jeff)
