My all time favorites are Nurse Carol Hathaway and Nurse Abby Lockhart of "ER."

Terry from Three`s Company was cool too. I wish we saw more of her at work though.

As I kid I always loved "Julia"

She was classy, softspoken and cool. It was refreshing to see an "successful" black woman making it on her own. Before that, we'd really only seen black women portrayed as domestics.
