Sara Gilbert (a.k.a. Darlene Conner Healy) gave bith to a baby girl! She and partner, Allison Adler, welcomed daughter Sawyer Gilbert Adler into the world last Thursday, August 2, 2007. Here's a couple of links for the official word:

Sara and her partner, writer and producer Allison Adler, have been together since 2002. They have two children together: Sara gave birth to their daughter, Sawyer Gilbert Adler on August 2, 2007, and son, Levi Hank, who was carried by Allison, was born in October of 2004.

Good for them. Babies are good news. I'm happy that Sara is happy in her life.
