The Twilight Zone Season 1

Opening words/theme song:
Your traveling through another dimension and you will see things that will appear strange and unreal. These things are very strange but they are also very real because this is the Twilight Zone!

1-"Reincarnation"-A murder's execution nears and he beleives he will return through reincarnation and walk the Earth again and not have to pay for his crimes. Eventually the man is executed and is later Reincarnated but discovers he has reuturned not as a human but as a fly. The murder must now live the rest of his short life as an insect. (Gust starring Alan Rickman as Alan the murder, Robert Duvall as Robert the Executioner)

2-"The Dieing Man"- A scientist dieing from cancer tries to find a cure to it. Two months later the man finally does find the cure however he dies before he can recieve the cure. (Guest Starring Jim Carrey as the dieing man (Brian), Christopher Walken as Jake)

3-"Doomsday Perdiction"- A bum predicts the world will end in 2 weeks and no one beleives him. Evetually the two week period passes with the no doomsday however the next day the world ends. (Guest Starring Robert DeNiro (as bum), Charlie Sheen as Joe, Martin Sheen as Lance)

4-"The Fog"- A man named Johnny goes camping in the woods gets lost and has to get through a mysterious fog. While in the fog the man hears voices and has the feeling he is being watched. While in the fog the man sees his evil twin (fog monster) . A great fight begins between the two of them and the evil twin is killed. Johnny returns home to his wife Lisa and tells her his encounter with the fog and the evil twin. However Lisa discovers discovers that Johnn'y eyes are not the same color as before which means Johnny is really dead and the evil twin is really in her house. Fade to black. (Guest starring Johnny Depp as Johnny and as the evil twin/fog monster) and Maria Bello as Lisa)

5-"The Big Mistake"- A man named Sam Robins dies and goes to heaven's gates and is told he can't enter and that he is being sent hell. However this is a mistake because he's been confused with a man who just died and has the exact same name as his, so Sam should really go to heaven. Sam tries to escape hell 3 times but is caught each time. Later God finds out about the mistake and Sam is freed from Hell and comes to heaven's gates and finally enters heaven. (Guest starring Barry Pepper as Sam Robins, Richard Dreyfuss as Saint Peter, Peter Fonda as the Devil, and Michael Gambon as God)

6-"The Switch"- A mean bank boss boss named Harry switches lives with his least favorite employ named Joe for one day. The switch occurs and later Harry realizes how hard Joe has things because Joe is poor and only has life's bear necessities. (Joe is also facing eviction from his apartment unless he pays a debt. After they switch lives back Harry is happy to pay Joe's debt. (Guest starring Jack Black as Joe, and Jack Nicholson as Harry, and Rachel Weisz as Joe's wife Karen)

7-"The Lucky Charms"- A superstious man named Ryan appears on a game show and wins a million dollars and claims his good luck charms have helped him achieve all of his fortune. Later Ryan becomes obessed with his charms and cares little about anyting else. Later Ryan drops his four leaf clover in the middle of the road. At first he does not notice this and crosses the road. Later he notices this and crosses the streeet to pick it up but he forgets to look when crossing the street (he was obessed with gettting his lucky charms back) and his hit and killed by a drunk driver. (Guest starring Carlos Bernard as Ryan, Howie Mandel as Jason Smith the game show host, Peter Sarsgaard as the drunk driver, Denis Haybert as Ryan's friend Kevin)

8-"The Coming Of The Sun"- It's billions of years in the future and the sun has turned into a red giant and will engulf the Earth in one year. 3 men and a woman (all scientists) work to create escape ships for the United States population. One year later the sun engulfs the Earth however everyone escapes. (Guest starring Christopher Lloyd as Doug, Tim Curry as Frank, Patrick Stewart as Patrick, and Lisa Edelstein as Jane)

9-"The Fortune Cookie"- A man named Louis gets a fortune cookie that says death awaits him outside in three days. Louis tells his friend Jack about the fortune and tells him he must stay indoors. His friend Jack tries to convince him not to take the fortune cookie seriously. Later Louis decides Jack is probably right so him and Jack go out for dinner. Three days later the deadline passes and Louis lives. (Guest starring Owen Wilson as Louis and Keifer Sutherland as Jack)

10-"The Monster In The Closet"- A father (who is a cop) named Jeff tries to convince his daughter Alison that there is no monster in her closet. However Alison refuses to beleive him. Later Alison dissapears Jeff thinks someone has kidnapped his daughter but can't find her. Jeff looks all over town for her but his search is unsuccessful. Jeff returns home with his friend Howard (who is also a cop) who he met while in town. They go through the closet and discover that there really is a monster in the closet. The monster tries to kill Alison but Jeff shoots and kills the monster. Then they come out of the closet and are happy the horrible ordeal is over. (Guest stars Adrien Brody as Jeff, Abigail Breslin as Alison, and Denzel Washington as Jeff's friend Howard)

11-"The Magician"- A boy named Danny beleives a famous magician named Edward is really a wizard and tries to convince his grandfather Sandy he is right. However his grandfather and his friend Steve tell Danny, Edward is not a wizard and he is really just a magician and he has no magic powers. Later the group see Edward perform at a magic show. After the show Edward performs magic by making animals appear out of thin air and making it snow even though its the middle of summer. Then Edward says Danny is right he is a wizard, and then Edward uses magic to dissapear. (Guest starring Sandy Kenyon as Sandy, Russel Johnson as Steve, Robbie Coltrane as Edward and Graham Phillips as Danny)

12-"The Locked Room"- One night Charlie and his friend Peter move into an apartment but their landloard Evan tells them one door in the apartment is locked. The landloard named Evan tells them he holds the key to the room and they are not to steal it or try to enter the room or they will face certain doom. Charlie and Peter then begin watching tv but can't help but wonder what's inside the locked room. Then Charlie and Peter debate over wither or not they should try to unlock the room. Later that night Charlie and Peter sneak in Evan's apartment while Evan is sleeping, and steal his key. In the morning Evan wakes up and realizes that his key is gone and that Charlie and Peter must have took the key. He then runs down to the apartment and can't find Charlie and Peter anywhere he then realizes Evan and Peter have vanished like everyone else who has entered that room (the locked room) in the apartment. (Guest starring Jeff Goldblum as Evan, Cary Elwes as Charlie, and David Duchovny as Peter)

13-"The Sandbox"- A five year old kid named Nick plays in a sandbox but somehow he goes from the sandbox to a desert in the blink of an eye. Nick wanders around the desert calling for his father. (Robert) Then Nick is caught by a sandmonster. Then the sandmonster brings Joe to a cave in the desert. Later Robert realizes his kid is missing and he goes into the sandbox and then he is sudenly in the desert. Robert then runs through the desert calling Nick and later he makes it to where his Joe is captured and grabs him while the sandmonster has his back turned. Then Nick and Robert are sundenly back home. (Guest starring Tom Hanks as Robert)

14-"The Cruise Ship"- Passengers board a cruise ship. The passengers have a great time partying, gambling etc. Later the ship hits a threatning storm and some passengers panic, but the ship makes it through the storm with little damage. Later however the ship dissapears after it enters the Bermuda-Triangle. (Guest starring Matt Damon as Chris, Julia Stiles as Julia, Chris Cooper as Captain Harry Brown, Brendan Gleeson as Sam, Don Cheadle as Phil, Elle Downs as Tara, Omar Epps as Dave, Mike Epps as Donny, Chuck Norris as Ryan, and Bernard Hill as Colonel George Johnson)

15-"The Warning"- A man (Scott Green) claiming to be from the future tries to warn people that he came through a time warp and that Aliens are coming and they will take over the world unless they stop them. No one belieives Scott however, and he is questioned by police and psycholigsts and is later declared insane and comitted to a mental institution. Later however Aliens arrive and take over the world much to everyone's horror. (Guest starring Mark Wahlberg as Scott Green, Hugh Laurie as Dr Kevin Anderson, Ving Rhames as Officer Sanders, Joe Pesci as Joey, Steve Buscemi as James, and Carrie-Anne Moss as Kate, Jack Nicholson as Andy, Robert DeNiro as James, Alan Rickman as Alien 1 (Klandor), Hugo Weaving as Alien 2 (Rantor), Joe Pantoliano as Alien 3 (Trogon)

16-"Lost At Sea"- Four people (Matt, Peter, Lisa, Brian) in a small boat awake one morning lost at sea and can't seem to remember how they got there. They talk and try to remember but can't. They try to call for help while at sea but no one seems to hear them. The group is lost at sea for hours and begin to hallucinate and see people who are not there and they to talk to "them". Later they end up on a Island and try to talk to some people there but everyone stands still like a statue and no responds to them. Then two alien children appear and take the shrunken Earthlings (Matt, Peter, Lisa, Brian) out of their toy Island (which also features toy earthlings as well as the shrunken real ones (Matt, Peter, Lisa, Brian who are all real) and an ocean play set. (Guest starring John Turturro as Matt, Rachael Taylor as Lisa, Jon Voight as Brian, Anthony Anderson as Peter, Bruce Willis as Alien father, Angus T. Jones as Alien boy, Abigail Breslin as alien girl)

17-"The Impervious Man"- A man named Donny appears to be impervious to pain and decides to take his unusal talent into a career. He falls from great heights without a net in a traveling magic show. However Donny wants to take the big leap to show how impervious to pain he really is. One year later against everyone's efforts Donny goes up in his private jet and jumps from much farther away then he has ever done. (He has a parachute just in case) Donny beleives he will not be hurt but later gets scared and tries to open his parachute but its jammed and does not open. Donny hits the ground and dies. Closing narration: Donny was a man with a great talent and believed he was impervious to pain. However no man is impervious to pain because, man is made of flesh and can be hurt and killed a lesson Donny learned a little to late here in The Twilight Zone! (Guest starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Donny, Kate Winslet as Sarah, Alec Baldwin as Alex (he was in charge of the magic show), Laurence Fishburne as Patrick, Gary Sinise as officer Brown)

18-"Soul Lost"- After going to church a young boy (Andy) becomes convinced there is no after life and that you don't have a soul. Later Andy's friend Phil plays at his house. They play video games and hang out. Later they debate on wither there really is an after life. Andy is conviced no one has a soul so he sells his soul to Phil for a bag of cookies and toy soliders. Later Andy regrets his deal and thinks maybe you do have a soul. Then Andy has a nightmare that he dies and goes to hell after being hit by a car. In the dream Saint Peter and God tell Andy you cannot enter Heaven without a soul that he must to go hell. The next day Andy begs Phil for his soul back. Phil glady obliges and believes Andy has learned his lesson. Closing Narration: No one knows if there really is an after life and the debate will continue between atheists and beleivers possibly until eternity. However it would be foolish for anyone to sell their soul because if there is an after life you do not want to be without a soul when your death and final judgement comes. 19-"Dieing Wish"- A dieng cowardly retired bus driver named Matthew's last wish is to re live his life as a braver stronger man. Matthew's wish comes true and he re lives his life all over again and this time due to his bravery and dedication he eventually dies as a successful business man and he made his vast fortune through the stock market. (Guest starring Don Rickles as old Matthew, Jason Alexander as middle aged Matthew, Michael Bower as late 20's Matthew, Keanu Reeves as Charles, Athony Hopkins as Matthew's grandfather, Abe Vigoda as William, James Caan as Tony, Jerry Seinfeld as comedian, Jack Black as Bobby, Joy Page as Matthew's wife )

20-"Killer Robot"- Joe Schmidt's girlfriend (Cindy Cruise) breaks up with him and tells him she hates him. A month later Joe finishes a robot which helps him do chores. Joe learns Cindy has a new boyfriend named Louis Kline so he turns the robot into a killing machine. Joe sends the robot out to kill Louis Kline which it does sucessfully. Later the robot robs a several empty houses and later a bank for Joe. Later Joe tells the robot to kill Cindy the machine malfunctions however and kills Joe instead. (Guest starring Denis Hopper as Joe Schmidt, Lorraine Bracco as Cindy Cruise, Robert DeNiro as officer Sheperd, Ray Liotta as Louis Kline)
