Big City Trio

Starring Christy Carlson Romano, Lauren Collins, and Annelise van der Pol as three 21-year-old Wisconsin girlfriends who decide to leave their small hometown to share and live in a New York studio apartment. The friends include the smart yet sassy-Lizzy Halverson (Christy Carlson Romano), the cute chatterbox-Brittany Adams (Lauren Collins), and the witty and sarcastic-Tori Winters. Lizzy, Brittany, and Tori arrive in New York, and get settled in their brand new studio apartment. They meet and are befriended by their "surrogate father figure" landlord, Roger Stevens (John Goodman), who gives the young female trio the offer that if they ever need anything, he's willing to help out. Lizzy falls for the gorgeous hunk, Luke Stevens (Channing Tatum)-who turns out to be the son of their new landlord, Roger, and also lives in the building with his widowed father. As the girls get settled in and familar with the neighborhood, Brittany finds a friendship in the form of Aiden Matthew (Jackson Rathbone), who works down at the convenience store on the corner. Soon after getting know each other, Brittany finds out that Aiden can only be just a friend to her, since the fact that Aiden is gay. Watch how Lizzy, Tori, and Britt survive in the Big Apple unlike their former small hometown in Wisconsin, and must deal with all sorts of trials and tribulations along the way.

Ep1: Pilot Episode:
Lizzy, Tori, and Britt move in and get all settled into their new apartment. Roger offers a helping hand to the three girls if they ever need anything. While checking out the laundry room with Tori, Lizzy bumps into a hunky stud named Luke, who happens to be the son of Roger and lives in the building with his widowed dad. Elsewhere, Britt meets and is befriended by the funny yet good-hearted convenience store worker, Aiden - who later informs Britt that he is gay.

Ep2: Workin Gals:
Lizzy, Tori, and Britt decide its time for them to get jobs. Britt finds herself employed at a restaurant as a hostess, as Lizzy finds herself a receptionist job at a hair salon. Tori becomes slightly jealous of her two friends getting hired and she getting rejected, but that all changes when Tori realizes she'll get the whole apartment to herself when they are off working.

Ep3: Missing You:
Lizzy and Tori graciously accompany Roger and Luke as they go on a road trip to New Jersey to be with other relatives who are gathering for Roger's late wife, Audrey's rememberance ceremony on the third anniversary of her death. Luke and Roger each share stories and remincise about their times with Audrey (Peri Gilpin, appears in flashbacks only). Meanwhile, Britt and Aiden find themselves in over their heads as they decide to host a small party at the apartment for 10 people which later turns into 40 people throughout the apartment building. To make matters worse, the cops are called on a noise violation and evacuate everyone except Aiden and Britt- who are stuck with a fine, and a huge mess that they must clean up two hours before the others get back home.
