Need help with lost ep titles....again!!

So I remember watching these lost episodes when I was probably no more than 4 or 5 and I can't remember the titles but there are three of them that get stuck in my head. The first one is about Ralph gets stuck between revolving doors and he's trying to get Alice's attention but she can't hear him or something like that. I think it was at a restaurant.

The next one is Ralph and Alice are arguing and Ralph physically pushes or shoves Alice. Probably the first and last time I've ever seen Ralph get physical(not verbal)on Alice. I doubt the shove was intentional but Audrey looks shocked at how he pushed her. I think it was more like he shoved her shoulder or something like that.

Then the third one is Ralph and Trixie getting into an argument and Ralph telling Trixie that he was going to send HER to the moon or something like that and Trixie was all "I'd like to see you try!" and Ed was stunned!!

Any help thanks! :) They're probably not so great descriptions but that's all I can remember.
